Collin W. Fritz and Associates, Ltd. has been working with IRAs, pension plans and other tax preferred plans since 1984.

We have created an IRA/HSA question and answer site because we believe is the need for individuals and businesses to get their IRA and other pension questions answered. IRA and pension law can be complicated. As you know, there are four types of IRAs - traditional, Roth, SEP and SIMPLE. There are numerous types of employer-sponsored retirement plans. In many cases, there are tax traps for the unwary.

We are here to help. We will try to give you a plain-English explanation. If we do not answer your question as clearly as you think we should, inform us and we will try again.

We are adopting a two option approach to try to help individuals and businesses get their questions answered.

First, we have written a number of summaries on various IRA/HSA and pension topics. The second option is for you to submit your question in writing. We will respond in writing within the timeframe you instruct. Many times it will be more efficient and economical to ask us your question.

Fees and Charges

Our fee is $ <%= Session("sumcost") %>.00 for each summary. You may pay by PayPal or by credit card. If you want us to furnish a written answer to your question, we need you to submit your question and we will respond in writing with our fee quote. Generally, our fee will be in the range of $15 - $75. We will not prepare a written response without your authorization that you accept our quoted fee. Any amount you paid to read a related summary will reduce the fee for submitted question.

Note. We limit our discussion to federal law, primarily federal income tax law.
State laws are not discussed.
