This is my first post so please excuse me if its a bit basic and rushed. I havn't got round to doing any comments on this one but it's pretty simple to work out what does what.

Instalation is as easy as it comes. Just un-zip into a folder within your server and run index.htm. C'mon, you all know how it works!!!

v0.2 Update

I've fixed somethings now, including being able to submit empty fields. Also added some new features. I'm also working on a way to make ot more customizable.
