Collin W. Fritz and Associates, Ltd. (CWF) does not share
information with any third party about our business relationship
with a financial institution. We keep confidential any information
a financial institution furnishes us regarding its clients or customers
except that information which the IRS requires a financial institution
to file with the IRS since the financial institution is an IRA custodian,
HSA custodian, Keogh custodian or similar entity.
Data Confidentiality:
All data stored in-house and in secure off-site locations
is accessible by only a limited number of individuals. Any customer
information transmitted via email to a customer site is encrypted
prior to sending and done so only at the written request of our
customer. Our internal system security allows only those that have
been granted security access to utilize systems that manage customer
information.
What information is Collected From You On-Line BY CWF and How is it Used?
There are two types
of information typically collected by the online industry.
Anonymous information
is information that ordinarily cannot be traced back to a particular
person. Anonymous information is about how you use our site (such
as pages you view and search terms you query). For example,
at CWF we know how many people visit this privacy policy. Details
page each day, but we do not know the names or any other specific
information about those visitors. Anonymous information also includes
the domain names and/or IP addresses of Internet browsers that visit
out site, the time of day the site was visited, and other non-personal
information. We use this information to personalize your experience

to improve our service in general.
What type of personally identifiable information does CWF collect on-line?
In order to use our
online services, we do not require that you provide us with any

None of the information
gathered either anonymously or personally identifiable is shared
with anyone other than the financial institution or retirement plan which retained CWF and is only used by CWF to perform its administrative services..
What Security Measures Are in Place to Protect Against the Loss, Misuse or Altercation
of Your Information?
We operate secure
data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password
protection. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect
against the loss, misuse and altercation of your user data under
our control.
Only certain employees
have access to the information you provide us. While we cannot guarantee
that loss, misuse or altercation to data will not occur, we use
our best efforts to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
How Will You Be Notified if CWF Changes This Privacy Policy?
CWF may update this
privacy policy from time to time. The updated policy will be available

CWF agrees to only
use nonpublic information for purposes under contract, license,
or agreement, in the ordinary course of business. CWF has and will
continue to implement and maintain commercially reasonable measures
to protect the security and privacy of your customers or plan particpants. CWF will
notify you as soon as possible of any incidence of unauthorized
access to your customer’s information.
